Our projects
Since more than 10 years the ACLI — Selbsthilfewerk für interkulturelle Arbeit e. V. (acli e. V.) has taken over project activities from the former enaip organisation developed and implemented in Germany.
The following list gives an overview on the most significant projects and actions, developed and implemented by acli and enaip in Germany in the last years.

African partnerships
Following the fit.com project cooperation and the founding of the Mediterranean NGO sponde, a continuous support, learning and cooperation with people, families, communities and social actors in Europe and Africa is growing. This also includes continuous networking with a variety of actors in the Neckar-Alb region. -

The project develops and tests a one-stop-shop web platform and corresponding app for comprehensive information and support for European mobility. -

Key Competences for all (Kc4all)
The project provides a platform for the exchange of useful tools and good practice in the field of acquisition and recognition of key competences between European partners. -

EMBRACE
The project develops exemplary tools for the identification, validation and certification of competences of refugees and migrants in the agricultural and food industry. -

On behalf of the European Commission, partners from four European regions are looking for perspectives for the future of work in the face of advancing digitalisation. -

ARCI, ACLI and Patronato ACLI are working at national level on structural improvements in the area of refugee and migrant reception under the leadership of local authorities. We support with experiences from Germany. -

BEAMS — Breaking down European Attitudes towards Migrant/Minority Stereotypes.
Together with 15 European partners, we are learning more about prejudices and stereotypes towards minorities and migrants in popular culture. -

LET — Linking Europe in Transition
Network of European social partners and European experts of good practice in the area of coping the financial, economic and social crises in Europe. The project is granted by the European Commision in the framework of European social dialogue. Cooperation with social partners in Austria, Croatia, France, Italy, Slovkia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. -
2010 – 2013 in Reutlingen, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Stuttgart and Tübingen:
INPUT — inovative transfer by useful practice
Sustainable mentoring and coaching by transnational experts of significant projects of work promotion with and for younger and elderly people with and without migration biography. Management of a learning network with five regional and more transnational partners. -
2011 – 2012 in Alghero, Cagliari, Lille, Reutlingen, Stuttgart, Tübingen and Venice:
Extra Moenia
European project to improve frameworks of continuous training of officers and professionals working in juvenile justice. Cooperation with IFOLD Cagliari, CORA Venezia, TANDEM PLUS Lille. The specific contribution acli e. V. within the experts’ network consists in two lectures and project meetings in Alghero as well as in the development, implementation and evaluation of a study visit of officers and professionals to Baden Württemberg. The programme focused on “certification of juvenile justice and penitentiaries”, “open juvenile justice”, “innovative initiatives within the penitentiary sports programmes” as well as “Victim-offender mediation within juvenile justice”. -
2011 – 2011 in Bologna, Stuttgart and Tübingen:
Bologna – Study programme for prospective civil engineers
On the occasion of the professional and social discourse on Stuttgart 21, 20 prospective civil engineers from Bologna, where an underground express train station has already been realised, visit the Stuttgart region. In addition to lectures and visits to Stuttgart’s main railway station, the House of Architects and the Park Protectors, the study programme focuses on large contemporary buildings (waste incineration plant, youth hostel), classics of modern architecture (Weissenhof) and innovative urban planning (French quarter in Tübingen). -
