Das Europäische Netzwerk TANDEM PLUS

Gründung

Das europäische Netzwerk TANDEM PLUS wurde am 3. November 2008 als europäische Non-Profit-Organisation in Lille (Frankreich) gegründet und nach dem maßgeblichen Gesetz aus 1900 eingetragen. Dem Netzwerk gehören heute Partner aus Belgien, Dänemark, Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien, Kroatien, Marokko, Portugal, Rumänien, Slowakei und Spanien an.

Kurzvorstellung

Das Netzwerk TANDEM PLUS bringt die Erfahrungen verschiedener europäischer Länder im Kampf gegen soziale Ausgrenzung und Armut zusammen. Als Partner stellen wir vielfältige Ansätze zur Verfügung und bündeln unsere personellen, technologischen und finanziellen Ressourcen auf der gemeinsamen Suche nach Problemlösungen.

Der Informations- und Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen den verschiedenen Ländern hat schon in der Vergangenheit zur Verbesserung der verschiedenen Sozialpolitiken und zur Entwicklung neuer Arbeitsmethoden beigetragen. Die beteiligten Akteure teilen ihre Erfahrungen, entwickeln gemeinsam trans-regionale sozio-ökonomische Politikansätze und binden ein breites Spektrum von Akteuren aus Wirtschaft, Politik, Gesellschaft, Bildung und Forschung zusammen. Gemeinsam weben wir eine facettenreiches Partnerschaft zur Förderung einer umfassenden gesellschaftlichen Eingliederung und Teilhabe benachteiligter Zielgruppen.

Aufbauend auf der gemeinsame Kenntnis der Einzelerfahrungen von allen Beteiligten versuchen wir, positive, bereichernde und zukunftsfähige Modelle herauszuarbeiten und Ansätze zu entwickeln, die eine umfassende soziale Integration und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe von den am meisten gefährdeten Risikogruppen ermöglichen. Diese Zusammenarbeit bestätigt die Legitimität unseres Einsatzes in den betreffenden Regionen und kann zur Verbesserung der Anerkennung unseres Handelns beitragen. Neben den staatlichen Institutionen vor Ort und in den verschiedenen Ländern haben wir dabei auch die Europäischen Union und internationale Institutionen im Blick.

Die Netzwerkpartner haben sich darauf verständigt, ihre Anstrengungen bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Szenarien und neue Wegen der transnationalen Zusammenarbeit abzustimmen. Die Autonomie und die jeweils spezifischen Anliegen der Partner bleiben davon unberührt.

Aufgaben des europäischen Netzwerks

Die Aufgabe der Netzwerks TANDEM PLUS ist es, Maßnahmen und Strategien zu entwickeln, die geeignet sind, zur Lösung der Probleme der sozialen, politischen und wirtschaftlichen Integration benachteiligter junger Menschen beizutragen sowie die Grundsätze des sozialen Zusammenhalts und des Zugangs zur Beschäftigung für alle voranzubringen und weiter zu entwickeln.

Die Mitgliedsorganisationen des Netzwerks TANDEM PLUS arbeiten vornehmlich an folgenden gemeinsamen Zielsetzungen:

• Förderung der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter (Gender),
• Bekämpfung von Diskriminierungen aller Art,
• Durchführung von Studien, Untersuchungen und Analysen in den Bereichen Sozialpolitik, des Arbeitsmarktes und des formalen und informellen lebenslanges Lernens,
• Förderung der Verbreitung von Informationen und Wissen über Sozialpolitiken auf europäischer Ebene,
• Etablierung des Netzwerkes als anerkannter Akteur in der Europäischen Union,
• Entwicklung von besonderen Einzelprojekten im Bereich der sozialen Inklusion,
• Förderung von Maßnahmen zur Erhaltung und Restaurierung europäischen Kulturerbes,
• Entwicklung Durchführung von Projekten in den Bereichen der beruflichen Bildung, der Arbeitsförderung und der lokalen Entwicklung,
• Förderung des interkulturellen Austauschs,
• Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung von jungen Menschen mit eingeschränkten Möglichkeiten oder Benachteiligungen,
• Erprobung neuer Modelle und Methoden der Integration benachteiligter Gruppen,
• die weitere Vernetzung mit international tätigen Akteuren, Vereinen und Verbänden:

Die Mitgliedsorganisationen und das Netzwerk TANDEM PLUS selbst verfügen vielfach über einschlägige Erfahrungen im Network Building, in der Bildungsarbeit sowie in der Durchführung europäischer Netzwerkprojekte.

La Rete Europea TANDEM PLUS

Fondazione

La rete europea TANDEM PLUS è stata costituita il 3 novembre 2008, come organizzazione europea senza fini di lucro a Lille (Francia) e registrata in base allo statuto del 1900. La rete comprende attualmente partner provenienti da Belgio, Danimarca, Germania, Francia, Italia, Croazia, Marocco, Portogallo, Romania, Slovacchia e Spagna.

Breve introduzione

La rete TANDEM PLUS unisce le esperienze di diversi paesi europei nella lotta contro l’esclusione sociale e la povertà. Essa offre una varietà di approcci, unendo diverse risorse umane, tecnologiche e finanziarie nella ricerca comune di soluzioni.

Lo scambio di informazioni e di esperienze tra diversi paesi ha contribuito già in passato a migliorare le diverse politiche sociali ed a sviluppare nuovi metodi di lavoro. I partner condividono le loro esperienze e sviluppano un approccio socio-economico e politico trans-regionale, che vede in azione un largo spettro di attori del mondo economico politico, sociale, dell’istruzione e della ricerca. La rete è molto varia ed è volta a promuovere l’inclusione sociale e la partecipazione dei gruppi svantaggiati.

Basandosi sulle esperienze individuali di tutti i soggetti coinvolti, si da vita a modelli positivi, arricchenti e sostenibili volti a sviluppare una serie di progetti che consentano una piena integrazione sociale e la partecipazione sociale dei gruppi a rischio più vulnerabili. Questa collaborazione rafforza la legittimità delle operazioni nelle regioni interessate, e può contribuire a migliorare il riconoscimento delle azioni della rete. Oltre agli istituti statali e locali nei vari paesi, é fondamentale anche l’Unione europea e ulteriori istituzioni internazionali.

I partner della rete hanno concordato di proseguire i loro sforzi nella progettazione, sviluppo e implementazione di nuovi scenari e nuovi modi di coordinare la cooperazione transnazionale. L’autonomia e le esigenze specifiche di ciascun partner, rimangono inalterati.

Compiti della Rete europea

Il compito della rete TANDEM PLUS è quello di sviluppare politiche e strategie volte a risolvere i problemi di integrazione sociale, politica ed economica dei giovani svantaggiati e di contribuire ad un ulteriore sviluppo dei principi di coesione sociale e della promozione all’accesso al lavoro per tutti.

Le organizzazioni membro della rete TANDEM PLUS lavorano principalmente sui seguenti obiettivi comuni:

• promozione della pari opportunità(gender),
• lotta alla discriminazioni di ogni genere,
• realizzazione di studi, ricerche e analisi nei settori della politica sociale, del mercato del lavoro e dell’apprendimento formale e informale durante tutto l’arco di vita
• diffusione di informazioni sulle politiche sociali a livello europeo,
• riconoscimento della rete dall’Unione Europea,
• sviluppo di progetti specifici nel campo dell’inclusione sociale,
• sviluppo di misure per la conservazione e il restauro del patrimonio culturale europeo,
• sviluppo e attuazione di progetti,
• nei settori della formazione professionale, promozione dell’occupazione e dello sviluppo locale,
• promozione dello scambio interculturale,
• sviluppo di misure per sostenere i giovani con minori opportunità o svantaggiati,
• sviluppo di nuovi modelli e metodi di integrazione dei gruppi svantaggiati,
• networking internazionale

The European Network TANDEM PLUS

Constitution of the network

The European network TANDEM PLUS was founded and registered in Lille (France) on 3 November 2008, under the applicable law of 1900^th, as a European non-profit organization. The network now comprises partners from Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Croatia, Morocco, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.

Short presentation

TANDEM PLUS draws on the experiences of different European countries which are faced with serious problems of social exclusion and poverty. It consists of partner structures from multiple disciplines which work together towards finding solutions to these problems by pooling their human, technical and financial resources.

Exchanging information on methods and experiments has lead to improvements in the different inclusion policies adopted by the different countries, thereby elaborating new working methods. Participating structures share their experiences and develop trans-regional socio-economic policies by associating a whole spectrum of actors from economic, political, social, socio-cultural, educational and research fields. Together they weave a multi-faceted partnership, working towards the social inclusion of the target groups.

Drawing on the collective experience of all the actors involved in order to highlight the most positive and enriching experiences, we work to develop and improve the inclusion process for those target groups most at risk. This collaboration further confirms the legitimacy of our missions in the regions concerned and leads to better recognition of our actions, not only by the government institutions of our respective countries but by the European Union and international institutions as well.

The network’s partner structures have chosen to coordinate their actions in view of designing, developing and implementing new scenarios and new pathways to trans-national co-operation, while still respecting one another’s specific missions.

The tasks of the European network

The task of the network TANDEM PLUS is to develop policies and strategies appropriated to solve the problems of social, political and economic integration and to help disadvantaged young people and promote the principles of social cohesion and access to employment for all.

The member organisations of the network TANDEM PLUS work primarily on the following common objectives:

• Promotion of gender equality (gender);
• Combatting discrimination of all kinds;
• Conducting studies, research and analysis in the areas of social policy, labour market and the formal and informal lifelong learning;
• Promotion and dissemination of information and knowledge on social policies at European level;
• Establishment of the network as a recognised player in the European Union;
• Development of specific individual projects in the field of social inclusion;
• Promotion of measures for the conservation and restoration of European cultural heritage;
• Development of implementation of projects in the areas of vocational education, promotion of employment and local development;
• Promotion of inter-cultural exchange;
• Development of measures to support young people with fewer opportunities or disadvantages;
• Testing new models and methods of integration of disadvantaged groups;
• Networking with the other international players, clubs and associations.

The member organisations and the network TANDEM PLUS have relevant experience in Network Building, in education and in the implementation of European projects.
